  • Firstly, validate the level of motivation and dissatisfaction of employees, in order to gage the employees' intent on keeping their jobs.
  • Secondly, perform a skills inventory assessment, looking at current and future needs in terms of training and competencies required to ensure the continuity of the enterprise.
  • Thirdly, complete interviews in order to establish gaps between the level of current competencies and training of the employees and managers, in comparison to the desired level.
  • And lastly, present a gap management plan.
