The more you learn, the less you learn from your mistakes… We offer various Lean Six Sigma and Project Management training (see below). Additionally, we can tailor our training to your specifications or even deliver your own training program.
Using teaching techniques specific to adult education, the training sessions are designed in a way that entice participation and information retention. The training offered encourages participants to apply, when possible, presented tools to their own projects during exercise periods in class. Also, each participant can take advantage of a free individual 20 minute coaching session during the month following the training.
Group sizes should be limited to 22 people (minimum of 6) and a certificate of participation is given to participants who attend at least 80% of the training. We can arrange the training in your offices or in a remote location.
We are an agreement training organization by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (Emploi-Quebec) for the purpose of applying the law favouring development and recognition of competencies of manpower (agreement certificate number: 0053836).
